Edit Upgrade Page

This page is used when the site visitor subscribes to the client management database and already have a profile. For example may have attended an event as a non-member. 

From here you can add edit user instructions to the top or bottom of the page.

Do not remove the [CONTENT] tag as this is where the form will display.
