MoST Application Settings Screen 

Application Settings

The settings screen defines the behavior for the MoST application.

Package - The package defines which Accessories are available 

Audit Log Duration -  The amount of time a user log will be detailed and stored

Deleted Document Duration - The amount of time a deleted document will be recoverable for

Filename space substitution - What character a space will automatically be replaced with in section, folder and file naming if a space is typed in

Spam Protection - Scrambles all email addresses in the code provided these are not typed directly in the page content

Email Template - Defines which MoST template will be used to send emails

Publish Settings

Publishing enabled - with this selected all documents must be published before they can be accessed on the website.

Version  - defines how many versions of the document will be retained in the publish screen when publishing is enabled

Publish all documents from the date selected

If publishing is turned on in an existing website, then all documents will need to be published from this date on or the site will not be accessible.

Compulsory

The following information can be made compulsory before a page can be saved:

  • title
  • abstract
  • meta keyword
  • alt and title tag.
  • meta description

Organisation - Who you are 

Acronym - If applicable

Web Server - The server address/URL

Web Mail Server -  The mail server address

Stats Server - Stats server address

Asterisk PBX settings

  • Server
  • Port
  • Username
  • Password - (also referred to as secret)
  • Outside line
  • Caller ID Prefix
