Improvements

• Added statistics to MoST Administrator application to report various statistics on all MoST sites and individual sites.
• Changed the document lists feature to allow for image only abstracts.
• Added content placeholder DIV tag around content when previewing or emailing pages to cater for custom styles that are assigned to the content placeholder DIV tag.
• Added optional extras report to event registration list report.
• Added a parameter to Flash objects when being inserted to allow the MoST popup menu to display infront instead of behind the flash movie.

Bug Fixes

• The Windows Service was returning subscription types from all sites where the subscription type was similar to an individual sites subscription when subscription invoices were generated.
• The desktop Administrator was preventing the default section from being created as a section when a new site was created.
• Prevented the Demote Section routine from demoting the top level section and prevented the top level section from being deleted.
